SVAKOM EXPERT TRAINING

Training is for adults in Australia, New Zealand or South Africa who are involved in making SVAKOM products available to the public, for example through marketing or sales. 

Sessions are generally held Monday to Friday from 10am to 6.30pm Australian Central Standard Time, subject to availability. Please allow 30 minutes for a complete session. You can book via this calender link.

Note that sessions are generally not held on Australian public holidays or other periods marked as unavailable on the booking calendar. Further exclusions may apply.

Notification will be provided via email or phone in the unlikely event that a session is cancelled or rescheduled by SVAKOM.

Each training session includes up to 30 minutes of instruction by SVAKOM Sexual Wellness Educator Vanessa Rose on the topic you've selected from the available list.

Examples of what you can look forward to include: fun and friendly interaction via the web conferencing platform you've selected, an engaging slideshow; practical toy presentations where relevant; opportunities to ask questions and have them answered, as well as review questions with answers provided.

After each session, you'll get a 'cheat sheet' summarising the main points covered and personalised Certificate of Achievement emailed as high-resolution print-ready A4-sized PDFs. After 4 sessions, you'll also receive a gift.

Let your SVAKOM Sexual Wellness Educator Vanessa Rose know that you have customers to attend to in-store or over the phone. We'll pause the session and resume when you're ready.

Sessions are designed to be fun and free from pressure so there's no test. Each session includes true or false review questions at the end but you don’t have to share your responses and answers are provided.

Please note that invitee/s must also be involved in selling or marketing SVAKOM products with you and that their attendance is subject to approval by SVAKOM. This is to ensure that participants have their individual needs met as best as possible and the session runs on time.
