Rules for using VIP points:
Dear customers, in order to bring a better user experience. We are pleased to introduce you to our new honor points system, which applies to orders made after 1 January 2024. The rules are as follows:
1. Only website members can enjoy the discount of points deduction.

2.For our members, you get 1 point for every dollar spent. You can deduct $1 for every 50 points.（For users who sign up after January 1, 2024, your points will be automatically reissued to your account）
3.The system will automatically send the product to your account after you receive it and click to confirm receipt. If you choose to cancel or refund your order before then, you will not receive the corresponding credits.
4.Users who sign up for the first time can get 45 points immediately. And website points can be enjoyed with coupons.

1.Can I earn points as a guest?
No, you must have an account and be signed in to earn points on purchases.
2.Do I keep points for refunded orders?
No, when you cancel/refund an order, you lose the points for that order.
3.How many points can I redeem at once?
You can't deduct more than 20% of the value of the product.
4.Can I transfer my VIP Points to a friend?
No. Points cannot be transferred to different accounts.
5.Where can I find my points balance?
You must be logged into your account in order to view your points. Once you are logged in, you will be able to see your vip points balance on your Account Page.
