同意是指雙方同意進行身體接觸。不僅是性活動，還包括對他人的任何身體行為。接吻、擁抱、口交、插入式性行為，所有這些行為都應該在明確同意後進行。
當一時衝動的時候，很容易得意忘形。你的伴侶實在太難抗拒了，你無法把手從他們身上移開。沒關係！沉浸在當下，迷失在慾望中，但要確保得到同意。你不需要每隔幾秒鐘就停下來單調地問：“我可以做這個嗎？”，“我可以做那個嗎？”。徵得同意後開始活動。解釋你想做什麼（即「我現在想吻你」），不要只聽你的伴侶的話。在這些情況下，即使你不再真正感受到壓力，也可能會面臨很大的壓力。聽他們的話並觀察他們的肢體語言。當他們說「是」時，他們看起來緊張嗎？當你觸摸它們時，它們的身體是否僵硬？當你親吻他們時，他們的嘴唇是否感覺不合作？如果他們似乎對這項活動不感興趣或不感興趣，請注意並建議停止。

讓您的伴侶放心，減輕他們的壓力，並給他們機會表達他們想要或不想要什麼。也許他們認為自己想要這個，但後來意識到這不是他們想要的。不管出於什麼原因，接受“否”，不要堅持下去。強迫同意不是同意。
在檢查是否同意時，您可以更改措辭以讓所有人參與。例如，不要總是問“我可以嗎？”嘗試將其切換為“我們可以嗎？”或「我們……怎麼樣？」。當談論願望和做什麼時，讓對方參與可能會非常激烈，也更有吸引力。這將進一步有助於減輕一些反對說「不」的壓力。它成為一項每個人都參與的集體任務，每個人都應該享受他們正在做的事情或別人對他們所做的事情。
